My goal on this site:

• bring some positivity into the negative mesh (4k upvotes _{^{- just 4 more people like me to negate the influence by our "top voter"}})
• be positive & encourage new users (more edits than close votes)
• Reducing the impact of some high-rep bullies by trying to communicating with, not against people & custom flagging offensive users. I know I can't fix these people, bu at least I can stop another new user from leaving, every time I TRY TO HELP.
