@Frank is right. We don't release information on why a user was deleted, so you're just going to need to remain in the dark about it.

Another case in which this happens is when the question is migrated from a different site. In that case, the original asker/answerers might not have accounts on the new site.

I would say you are probably communicating how you feel to that user with this meta post. But whether that's a good idea is another matter.
