Should I post a question I already know the answer to during the private beta, as a way to "seed" the site? The question I have in mind isn't a "fluff" question, but a real one I had a few months ago.

If I do ask a question I already know the answer to, should I provide some time to let other people answer if they happen to know the answer?

I think you should always give other users the time to try and answer your question.

Come back in two days time or so and if there isn't an acceptable answer, post yours.
