Recently noticed the following:
The catchphrase "Danger, Will Robinson!" originates with the series, but was only ever used once in it.
Is it intentional to have <kbd> text visible inside spoilers markdown?

This was fixed in 2017 by balpha, as described in this answer on Stack Overflow:
The spoiler CSS was created back in 2010 when you didn't have a lot of flexibility in how to implement this kind of thing. Alas, it's 2017 now, so I updated it to prevent these issues from happening again...
