The worst part is the chicken and egg problem. If you don't know what's deleted, how can you argue for it's reinstatement? 10k'ers should have access to the deleted search option, IMO. Or if it's an expensive operation, make it 20k'ers. Currently, if you have 10k you can view deleted posts, but only if you a) Visit the 10k tools page for recent deletes, b) Have the exact link to the post in question, or c) If the post is one of your own you can get to it from your profile.
